About these terms

These terms govern Delivery Pilot AI, provided by Kapstone Communications Ltd at 6 Hockley Hill, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 5AA. Contact us through our contact form. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

Free service and fair use

The service is free. There are no paid plans or billing. Each account may request up to 20 report generations in a rolling 24-hour period. This is a fair-use allowance, not a midnight reset; a generation request that reaches the AI provider may count even if generation fails. The app displays your remaining allowance and when you can try again.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and keep your account secure.
• Only upload content you own or are authorised to share and process through an AI provider.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, expose other people's confidential information without permission, or impersonate others.
• Do not bypass limits, create accounts to evade fair use, interfere with security or overload the service.

Review AI-generated reports

AI-generated reports, risks and action logs may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You must check facts, owners, dates, risk scores and conclusions before relying on or sharing them. Outputs are not professional, legal or financial advice, and you remain responsible for decisions based on them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant us a limited permission to store, process and send it to our service providers solely to operate the features you request. We do not claim ownership of your project notes or generated reports. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and respecting third-party rights.

Availability and no warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the free service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep copies of important work using the export tools. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections you have under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business opportunities arising from use of the service or reliance on AI output. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Suspension and ending use

We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, breach these terms or threaten security. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account and associated data through the Account page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
