Cookie Policy

What this policy covers
This policy explains how Delivery Pilot AI, operated by Kapstone Communications Ltd, uses cookies and similar browser storage. For details of how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Essential storage we use
We use a small amount of essential browser storage (a session token and related security storage) to keep you signed in securely and to support account recovery, such as completing a password reset. This storage is strictly necessary for the service to work as you request it, so it is set without a consent banner.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social-media cookies or any third-party tracking on this site.
Third-party requests
Web fonts are loaded from Google. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address and standard connection information. We do not control any cookies Google may set through its own services; you can review Google's own privacy notice for details.
How long storage lasts
Sign-in storage lasts for the length of your session and is removed when you sign out or when you clear your browser storage. Password-recovery storage is removed once the reset is completed or you sign out.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can clear or block browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will prevent sign-in, so the project workspace will not work, but the public pages of the site remain readable.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our use of cookies or browser storage changes. The revision date above shows the latest version.
