How Delivery Pilot works

Delivery Pilot turns your project updates and meeting notes into structured reports, risk registers and action logs. Here is what happens at each phase, and what you get from it.

  1. 01

    Intake

You create a project and record the basics: client, manager, budget, start and end dates, objectives, scope and stakeholders.

    What it delivers

    • A project record that every report builds on
    • A place on your timeline from start to end date
  2. 02

    Update

After a meeting or at the end of a week, you paste your notes, status update or delivery data into New update.

    What it delivers

    • Nothing to format: rough notes are fine
    • Up to 20 updates in any 24 hours
  3. 03

    Analysis

Delivery Pilot reads your notes alongside the project's open risks, actions and RAID items, and works out what changed.

    What it delivers

    • A red, amber or green status for the project
    • New risks, actions, assumptions, issues and dependencies found in your notes
  4. 04

    Report

Everything is saved to the project at once, ready to review and edit.

    What it delivers

    • A structured status report with an executive summary
    • An updated risk register, action log and RAID log
    • Owners, due dates and priorities, with overdue items flagged
  5. 05
